I am an experienced manual therapist, with qualifications in remedial massage, soft tissue therapy, dry needling, and fitness. I have worked as a hands-on-therapist, sports coach, clinical director, and lecturer in the field of remedial massage and soft tissue therapy.  I enjoy working with a diverse range of clients. I help elite athletes and dancers optimise performance, chronic pain sufferers improve their quality of life, weekend warriors improve their "parkrun" or triathlon effort, and everyday people who struggle with musculoskeletal aches, pains, tightness, and restriction.

 I specialise in the assessment, treatment, and management of soft tissue injury, pain, and dysfunction of the musculoskeletal system. I am passionate about health and fitness viewed through a bio-psycho-social lens. This means understanding what really matters to you and providing treatment that is tailored to your personal preferences, needs, and goals. I am currently studying a further degree in psychology to complement this holistic treatment approach. I offer massage and manual therapy combined with exercise and fitness advice, in a psychologically supportive environment, as a comprehensive approach to overall health.

I regularly participate in a range of sports, from weight training to competitive age-group swimming, and road cycling. This means I personally understand the struggle with aches, pains, and injuries that can be a part of regular training and competitive sport.
